Joel Welkland has died, according to an online obituary on Thursday. However, the cause of his death was not disclosed.
Joel is an avid hockey fan and a staunch Nipawyn Eagles. “Joel is one of the biggest Eagles fans ever and holds a special place in the hearts of so many in the community.”
