Dasha Cleary Death- woman killed in hotel party shooting

Dasha Cleary of Waldorf, Maryland, was pronounced dead from her injuries.

Authorities have confirmed the identity of the deceased. On Thursday, January 27, 2022, a homicide occurred in the 4400 block of Connecticut Avenue NW.

Members of the Second District responded to a shooting at a hotel in the NW 4400 block of Connecticut Avenue at about 3:31 a.m. Thursday, according to the Washington Metropolitan Police Department.

When police arrived at the scene, members found three adult women at the scene with apparent gunshot wounds. D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene, transporting three adult female victims to area hospitals for treatment, one of whom was identified as 20 years old.
